Dr. Yvonne Lee went above and beyond for us during the most painful, distressing time of our lives. We had to make the awful decision to say goodbye to our remarkable girl, Ivy, after a very sudden diagnosis of hemangiosarcoma, and Dr. Yvonne was such a gentle presence in those final days. She is genuinely one of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met in my life.

- On the morning of Ivy's procedure, Dr. Yvonne rushed a prescription for one single painkiller to ensure her final day was comfortable.
- During the procedure, Dr. Yvonne was so respectful, warm, and patient, and never once rushed us as we spent our final hour and moments with our girl. We felt so held by her in our immense pain and grief, which freed us up to focus on our love for Ivy and making sure her goodbye was as loving and peaceful as possible.
- In the days following, I felt tremendous guilt and grief and was able to text Dr. Yvonne, who reassured me over and over again and sent me resources and support. She has been a real source of comfort for us in these awful moments.
I also want to applaud the TVELMS team for waiting 2-3 days to send the invoice, so we could focus on our mourning.

The day that you came to our home, I contacted my regular vet. They referred me to a mobile hospice vet, who, to this day, has not called me back. If it wasn't for you I don't know what I would have done. You came out in the middle of one of the worst blizzards we had. You were the calm in the storm that evening.
I lack the words to tell you how you have made this experience easier. You showed so much compassion and care during one of the most difficult moments of my life. I felt as though I had a friend by my side as I said goodbye to my girl.
Your level of care surpasses anything I have ever seen. You made it possible to give my Ruby the ultimate gift - a safe, dignified, peaceful passing.
